Offers that include a financing contingency must be submitted with a strong pre-approval letter stating that the buyer has applied and has met bank criteria in regard to the stated loan amount. If you would like to receive a copy of the sellers’ property disclosure or have any questions about an R.B.I.D. property, please fill out the online request form below. Be sure and indicate in the comments the property address the buyer is interested in and specifically what you are requesting. Your request will be processed as soon as possible, usually within one business day. **All co-operating real estate agents will receive a 3% commission paid to their real estate broker upon the successful sale and closing, provided the sale and/or any counter bid to purchase is not conditioned upon the Sellers' bank/mortgage company approval. If an U.B.I.D. property is subject to a Sellers' Bank/Mortgage Company approval, then the co-operating commission will 50% of the total commission paid at closing.
